Kalise informs foodservice establishments selling its products on the proper handling of products for their conservation and good condition. To do so, there must be permanent temperature supervision at all “cold chain” stages, from production to consumption. It is not only the Kalise challenge but also of all of us, to meet these requirements in order to provide the best service. We, as ice cream manufacturers, have no control after the delivery stage at the points of sale.
